• Profit Sharing – As a way to enhance employees' retirement savings, Bituminous Roadways contributes to a profit-sharing plan for both hourly and salaried employees.
• Employees may contribute on day one with traditional before-tax dollars, after-tax Roth dollars, or a combination of both, up to IRS limits.
• There is a one-year waiting period before any company money is contributed.
• Company paid money gets contributed whether the employee participates or not.
