Since 2003, BR’s mission statement has read, “Our mission is to be the company of choice by providing products and services that exceed our customer’s expectations, and by providing a safe and rewarding environment for our employees.”
BR’s mission statement now reads, “Your preferred partner for value-added pavement solutions.”
Why the change and what does it mean? Simply put, it’s time to improvise and adapt to these market conditions: Cost increases; funding shortages; stiff competition; environmental constraints; and technological advancements. Our customers still demand high quality. And we still strive to offer a safe and rewarding environment for all our employees. But our focus now must include offering more solutions in response to our customer’s increasing demands.
